What's included in "instances"?
An instance refers to a SQL Server installation—whether standalone, clustered, or an Always On Availability Group primary replica. Secondary replicas and test/dev instances are counted separately.

Can I change tiers?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade with 30 days notice. We'll pro-rate any changes to ensure fair billing.

What about emergency support?
All managed service tiers include emergency response. Response times and hours vary by tier as listed above.

Do you offer discounts?
